The inaugural WPF Ladies Weekend, the USA edition, was a resounding success, bringing together close to 700 women poker players from across the country for a weekend filled with cards, camaraderie, and community.

With 15 locations participating from coast to coast, this first-ever international women’s poker celebration showcased not only the growing enthusiasm for the game but also the powerful spirit of sisterhood that defines women’s poker today. From casual players to seasoned pros, participants came together to celebrate their shared love of the game and the empowering connections it fosters.

Beyond the chips and tables, the weekend’s true victory was found in the joy, laughter, and solidarity among players who continue to break barriers and build community within the poker world.

Most importantly, a HUGE THANK YOU for the support of the poker room operators, WPF USA Ambassadors, the Women's Poker Association and the team of the World Poker Federation. It also goes without saying, if you women poker players didn't support this initiative, it could not have happened! THANK YOU!

As the World Poker Federation Ladies Weekend continues to grow, the USA has set a strong foundation for what promises to become an amazing annual tradition — celebrating women, friendship, and the enduring spirit of poker.

Congratulations to all our winners and cashers and thank you again to all who came out in support of this effort. In many locations there was a small, but mighty showing... it didn't matter because those in attendance, loved it! We welcome all compassionate feedback to improve on this experience. From here, the WPF Ladies Weekend will only gain traction and grow into a must attend event internationally. We're already planning for next year!
